Week 62: Transfers!

So...transfer news! Sister Feinga and I are BOTH LEAVING WHAT THE HECK?! Haha, I kinda felt it coming but I was skeptical. I didn't feel like I was staying but it would have been weird for me to leave and Sister Feinga to stay for a fifth transfer here in Charles Town but I couldn't shake the feeling that I was leaving. Anyway, I am going to Kent Island in the Annapolis stake! I am super excited to go there but sad to leave Charles Town, especially after we just started teaching Lisa! Meh! But, she is so cool. She was sad that we were leaving but her commitment to keep learning is unflinching!

My new companion's name is Sister Blosch, and I remember seeing her last transfer meeting. She is so sweet! I'm so excited to work with her on the east side!!!

So, as for this week! We had an awesome zone conference with Elder Teh from the Seventy! He was awesome! We talked about following the Spirit, praying with faith, making the Sacrament meaningful, a missionary story from the Book of Mormon, and so many other things! I have resolved to make my prayers more meaningful and to learn more about the life of the Savior. I love him so much and I always revel in the opportunity to read about His life from the New Testament and Book of Mormon.

On Wednesday we taught Lisa in a member's home! It was awesome! The Spirit was so strong! We talked about the Book of Mormon and how it is evidence that Joseph Smith is a prophet! She loves the Book of Mormon. We read about the Atonement from the Book of Mormon (Alma 7:11-12) and she loved it! We invited her to read Alma 32 because she wanted to learn more about faith!

I'm running out of time so quick! Today we met with Lisa for lunch and a lesson, and it was awesome! She read Alma 32 and 33, the Restoration pamphlet, and the Plan of Salvation pamphlet! She is so awesome! We invited her to be baptized and she said yes! Super strong Spirit! Wish I had more time!

Love you all so much! Thanks for all your love, prayers, and support!

Bye, bye, C-Town! Hello, Kent Island!
